Job Summary: Pearson Technology is looking to hire a Warehouse Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our Miami Warehouse.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Organizing/cleaning the warehouse

• Pulling gear for jobs/loading trucks

• Unloading trucks/Putting away gear from jobs

• Q/Cing gear

• Writing quotes

• Maintaining the warehouse software (Current RMS) - Updating quotes/adjusting job status/archiving jobs

• Assisting in the sourcing of sub-rentals

• Coordinate transportation (rental trucks/vans)

Qualifications and Skills:

• Independent Worker

• 1-2 years of experience in any of the following disciplines: A/V, Lighting, Rigging, Audio, Warehouse

• Warehouse experience is a plus

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

• Availability to work overtime during peak seasons

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds on a frequent basis

• Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing or moving. Physical activities include frequent use of hand tools, bending, stooping, lifting, climbing stairs, carrying, walking and/or reaching regularly

• Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts and other such equipment. Certifications are a plus.

• Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Fluency in English

• Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive up to a 16ft box truck
