Job Summary: Pearson Technology is hiring an Account Executive to build strong client relationships and drive new business in our live event and AV services division. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional who understands the full scope of event production, can translate client needs into compelling solutions, and is passionate about providing exceptional service from pitch to project delivery.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

• Identify client needs and propose tailored AV and production solutions

• Prepare quotes, proposals, and budgets for events

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of services

• Act as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle

• Attend site visits, pre-production meetings, and live events as needed

• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals

Other tasks:

• Participate in marketing and networking events to grow business

• Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting

• Collaborate with project managers, technicians, and warehouse teams to ensure deliverables meet client expectations

• Stay up to date with trends in event production and AV technology

Qualifications and Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or client services in AV or live event production

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with a variety of stakeholders

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of AV equipment and live event processes a plus

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

Travel:

• Pearson Technology supports events worldwide, travel is necessary for this job. A valid ID and passport are required
